Grubbing on Svalbard tundra

A news article has been published in FRAM Forum 2015 about the ‘grubbing’ of pink-footed geese on Svalbard tundra.

The article (pages 9-13) is featured in the annual publication from the FRAM Centre (High North Research Centre for Climate and the Environment). It highlights how the disturbance of Svalbard tundra by grazing pink-footed geese, known as grubbing, is being monitored as part of an integrated programme of ecosystem based monitoring of the tundra on Svalbard.

For more details please see the FRAM Forum (pages 9-13), which is available as an online publication.
