Summary

This document describes the work subsequently undertaken by Dr. Fred A. Johnson, of the U.S. Geographical Survey, after distribution of the AHM Cooperator Report: Progress Summary [2]. This work focused on better understanding the implications of model uncertainty and on developing an optimal strategy for setting harvest quotas that would remain in effect for three years.
